  I went to this Panera Bread tonight with a friend and she ordered a sandwich. The order was incorrect and they still did not get it right after THREE tries. One of the times she spoke to the manager who was very rude and he seemed annoyed by her request and the employees were staring out at her from the back. We finally just left the restaurant and went down the street to a different restaurant. She called the customer service line and spoke to a very helpful woman who helped resolve the issue.
  After this incident, I know that I will not be visiting this location, if not any location, ever again. A customer should not feel as though they are a bother when they are simply trying to get their order correct. Not only do I believe this to be poor courtesy by the manager, but I also worry about the impression he is leaving on his subordinates by hiding in the back and leaving the young cashier to deal with the problem. It almost appeared as if he was masquerading himself from the customer service issue at hand. I would not recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent dining experience.
