- 1 / 5By Daniel WoodsI placed an order in advanced to be delivered in 2 hours. You would think that is more than enough notice to get everything right and ready to deliver. An hour and a half after the time it was supposed to be delivered I was on my fourth call to insomnia support (because you can't call a store directly) asking for a refund. Only now as I'm writing this did those (Luke warm) cookies arrive without so much as a sorry for the wait from the delivery driver. The support staff were very helpful but as for this store I would not even consider ordering from them again after this ordeal.February 19, 2017
