  Where do I begin..... Our family of six went to eat today 12/31/16 the place was dead. It took us over 1.5 hours to get our food. We had to ask for refills on our drinks and chips every time. We ordered 35 wings and only 25 came out and we let the the waiter know. We asked about them 2 more times and then the waiter said that he spoke to the kitchen staff and manager and they agreed that the wings left the kitchen and where they went after that was a mystery. (His words exactly). We let him know that they never made it to the table he then looked at our table and said that it looked like we had enough wings anyway. We spoke to the manager and he took 5 wings off the bill. The waiter smarted off several times when we asked for napkins, silverware, and dressing for the salad that was ordered. Seriously DO NOT eat here!!!!! We are ECW fans through and through but this locations does not deserve to have East Coast Wings on their front door. We felt like we were eating at Dick's the service was so rude, disrespectful, and down right unacceptable. This place needs be reevaluated, staff changes, and maybe then it might be worth something.
