  What a terrible experience. Server and manager both seemed inexperienced and unhelpful. There was not a hostess at the front when we got there and stood waiting more than 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We were then escorted to a dirty table. It took way too long before our server came over and then waited 20 minutes before our drinks came already watered down. No straws, had to go ask for them at the bar. Another 45 minutes later, our salads came out without most of the items that comes on the salad. We had to get the person cleaning tables to go get our silverware. The food came out quickly after, of course not before we could finish our salads. The server handed my sister a burning hot bowl without any temperature warning. No plates were ever picked up off the table. We had to requests refills from the manager, our server and someone else's server and finally received these drinks after we were done eating! Multiple talks with the manager throughout this experience and he actually shrugged, had no idea what to do. One table had to get their food to go because it took too long. Other tables were requesting discounts for poor service. We requested to speak to the general manager since the other manager was unable to provide any help, and she never came to the table. It's a shame the service was so poor because the food was actually pretty good!

  The worst, I've only been 3 times and it has been the worst experience every time. The first time, I ordered two salads, drove 30 miles home, and realized they had not put dressing on my entree salads. And then I found a hair in one of them. The second time, I ordered a salad. It came out with 3 of the 8 things listed on the menu and was extremely scarce. I sent it back and they couldn't replace it, and gave me a refund (which I was grateful for). And the service was HORRIBLE, took forever for EVERYTHING. The third, tonight, I ordered a sampler. I ordered a margarita, practically had to make it myself with a disgusting sticky shaker. Chips and salsa tasted ok, shrimp was disgusting, and I ordered a side salad. I told the girl 3 TIMES, that I didn't want bacon. It came out with bacon. I asked if I could get the salad replaced and they sent the same one with bacon scraped off. So, I spent the next few minutes picking bacon out until I got fed up. Meanwhile the kitchen loudly had their fun in the back. They took the salad off my bill and I left hungry. Worst service ever as well. Will never go back, and I am NOT picky. Beware!
